These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the 3DMarketShop online marketplace (the “Platform”), available at 3dmarketshop.com, operated by GNN prospects s.r.o., with registered office at Kurzova 2222/16, 104 00 Prague, Czech Republic, IČO 08256462 (the “Operator” or “we”). By creating an account or placing an order, you (the “User”) accept these Terms in full.
1. Parties and definitions
“Operator” — GNN prospects s.r.o., trading under the brand 3DMarketShop. “User” — any natural or legal person using the Platform. “Buyer” — a User who orders products. “Seller” — a User with a verified business account who lists and ships products. The Operator does not sell products itself; it provides the technical infrastructure that connects Buyers and Sellers.
Účet
Buyer accounts are free. Seller accounts require a registered EU business with a valid company ID (IČO or local equivalent). Each User is responsible for the security of their credentials and for all activity under their account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
3. Listings and content
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings — descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, prices, and lead times. Each new listing is reviewed by the Operator before going live. The Operator may remove or hide content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform quality standards. Sellers grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display their content for the purpose of operating and marketing the Platform.
4. Orders and payment
An order is a binding offer from the Buyer to the Seller. The contract of sale is formed between the Buyer and the Seller upon successful payment confirmation. The Operator processes the payment as agent of the Seller via Stripe. Prices include 21% Czech VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Operator issues VAT-compliant invoices on the Seller's behalf.
5. Delivery and risk
The Seller arranges shipment via Zásilkovna (pickup-point delivery selected by the Buyer at checkout). Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer or to a pickup point chosen by the Buyer. Delivery times are estimates; the Seller is responsible for shipping within the lead time stated on the listing.

Buyers acting as consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. Custom-printed items made to the Buyer's specifications are excluded under the personalised-goods exception of Art. 16(c) of that Directive. 7. Prohibited use
Users must not: (a) infringe intellectual-property rights of third parties; (b) list weapons, firearm parts, or items prohibited by Czech or EU law; (c) attempt to bypass the Platform for payment or communication (off-platform deals); (d) submit false reviews; (e) use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; (f) impersonate other Users or businesses.
8. Liability
The Operator acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the sales contract between Buyer and Seller. The Operator is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct in the operation of the Platform itself. The Operator's total liability per order is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.
9. Termination
Users may close their account at any time by writing to info@3dmarketshop.com. Pending orders must be completed before account closure. The Operator may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice, except in cases requiring immediate action.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, save for mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, new features, or operational adjustments. Material changes are notified by email to registered Users at least 14 days before they take effect; non-material changes (typos, clarifications) take effect upon posting.
