Public offer
Last updated: 2026-05-10
This document is a public commercial offer (smlouva uzavřená distančním způsobem; veřejná nabídka) made by GNN prospects s.r.o., operating the 3DMarketShop online marketplace, to any User who registers an account or places an order through the Platform. Acceptance occurs upon registration or payment confirmation.
1. Subject of the offer
The Operator provides the User with access to the Platform — a software service that connects Buyers and Sellers of physical goods produced by 3D printing. The Operator is not a party to the resulting sales contract; Sellers are the legal counterparties to Buyers.
2. Operator's obligations
- Provide the Platform with reasonable availability and performance.
- Process payments via Stripe as a payment intermediary on behalf of the Seller.
- Issue VAT-compliant invoices on the Seller's behalf.
- Mediate disputes between Buyer and Seller in good faith and within stated timelines.
- Process personal data in line with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Žádost kupujícího o zrušení
- Provide accurate delivery and contact information at checkout.
- Pay the order total (product price + delivery + 21% VAT) in full at the time of purchase.
- Inspect parcels upon delivery and report damage / discrepancies through the platform.
- Refrain from soliciting off-platform deals or sharing contact information that bypasses the Platform.
4. Seller's obligations
- Maintain accurate listings: descriptions, dimensions, materials, photos, prices, lead times.
- Hold all necessary business registrations (IČO or local equivalent) and tax identifiers.
- Print and ship orders within the lead time stated on the listing, via Zásilkovna.
- Honour the EU 14-day right of withdrawal except for personalised goods, and respond to return requests within 2 business days.
- Cooperate with the Operator's moderation, audit, and dispute-resolution processes.
5. Fees and payouts
At launch, the Operator charges 0% platform commission. Sellers receive 100% of the order revenue minus payment-processing fees charged by Stripe. Future commission changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and never applied retroactively.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express. From 20 May 2026 onward, each Seller maintains a Stripe-hosted connected account and receives funds directly from Stripe according to Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically T+2 to T+7 business days, depending on country and account history). Sellers are responsible for completing Stripe's KYC/AML verification before receiving payouts. The Operator does not hold Seller funds.
6. Limitation of liability
The Operator's liability arising from the Platform is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant order. The Operator is not liable for the suitability, quality, or fitness for purpose of products listed by Sellers, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
7. Acceptance and effect
By creating an account, listing a product, or placing an order, the User accepts this offer in full and enters into a binding agreement with the Operator on the terms above and the related Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable Czech law.
